Les informations sont recueillies dans les publications documentaires, au travers d\u2019entretiens avec des professionnels ou des organismes priv\u00e9s et\/ou publics (syndicats professionnels, INSEE, soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de sondage, \u2026) en lien avec le sujet \u00e9tudi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019\u00e9tude de march\u00e9 qualitative<\/h2>\n<div class=\"encadre-style\">L\u2019\u00e9tude de march\u00e9 qualitative aide \u00e0 \u00e9tudier l\u2019opinion d\u2019un groupe de consommateurs sur un produit. Elle peut comporter une ou plusieurs des 3 d\u00e9marches suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><span class=\"exergue\">Les r\u00e9unions de groupe<\/span><\/strong> (6 \u00e0 10 personnes) qui permettent de voir \u00e9merger et rebondir des id\u00e9es entre les diff\u00e9rents intervenants. Elles sont adapt\u00e9es au lancement d\u2019un produit, au test d\u2019une id\u00e9e, \u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"exergue\">Les entretiens individuels<\/span><\/strong> qui permettent d\u2019\u00e9tudier plus en d\u00e9tail le comportement de quelques consommateurs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et d\u2019aborder des sujets plus d\u00e9licats ou complexes.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"exergue\">L\u2019observation<\/span><\/strong> qui consiste \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les comportements en se pla\u00e7ant en situation au sein du groupe de personnes \u00e0 \u00e9tudier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le budget de ce type d\u2019\u00e9tude de march\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de son ampleur, et peut\u00a0 rapidement s\u2019envoler \u2026<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019\u00e9tude de march\u00e9 quantitative<\/h2>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 quantitatives sont les plus courantes, et sont faites en exploitant des donn\u00e9es existantes, des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, ainsi qu&rsquo;en utilisant des outils de mesure et d\u2019analyse des comportements.<\/p>\n<div class=\"encadre-style\">Elles permettent de conna\u00eetre l\u2019avis et\/ou les attentes d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon de consommateurs sur un produit ou un service. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ce type d\u2019\u00e9tude est de pouvoir quantifier les r\u00e9sultats et de faire des estimations de vente ou d\u2019impact sur le march\u00e9 (ou sur une population), d\u00e9fini au moyen de tris crois\u00e9s et d\u2019analyses qu\u2019on projettera sur la cible.<\/div>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9tude quantitative se fonde sur deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments capitaux, l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage et la m\u00e9thodologie de la d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"exergue\">L\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage permet de garantir que la population \u00e9tudi\u00e9e est bien repr\u00e9sentative du march\u00e9 cible tant au niveau du nombre de personnes interrog\u00e9es que de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques<\/span>.
