Comme bien souvent, dans le domaine des ressources humaines, il n\u2019existe pas de r\u00e8gles clairement d\u00e9finies qui permettent de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr votre recrutement. En revanche, un certain nombre de principes peuvent vous permettre d\u2019optimiser la qualit\u00e9 de votre recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Valoxy, cabinet d\u2019expertise comptable dans les Hauts de France, vous donne ici quelques conseils pour un bon process de recrutement.<\/p>\n<h2>11- Prenez le temps n\u00e9cessaire<\/h2>\n<p>Prenez le temps de juger et d\u2019avoir un regard sur votre recrutement pour vous am\u00e9liorer au fur \u00e0 mesure du temps. Mais il faut les utiliser comme support compl\u00e9mentaire\u00a0 et non comme un premier outil d\u00e9terminant, car ils ne sont jamais fiables \u00e0 100%. Tout le monde peut \u00eatre bon un jour et moins bon un autre, et r\u00e9ussir un test ne signifie pas qu\u2019on sera bon dans telle situation et vice versa. Ils sont int\u00e9ressants, mais ne sont \u00e0 utiliser qu&rsquo;en compl\u00e9ment, pour \u00f4ter un doute, ou pour des recrutements particuliers.<\/p>\n<h2>13- Pendant l\u2019entretien<\/h2>\n<p>Pendant l\u2019entretien, ne parlez pas trop de vous ou de l\u2019entreprise. Un candidat malin s\u2019adaptera et se pr\u00e9sentera tel que vous souhaitez qu\u2019il soit et non tel qu\u2019il est vraiment. Par ailleurs, attachez-vous \u00e0 le faire parler de choses concr\u00e8tes et \u00e0 \u00e9tudier son attitude. S\u2019il vous parle d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue, questionnez le pour voir ce qu\u2019il en a tir\u00e9, demandez-lui comment il a fait tel ou tel choix. N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 le mettre gentiment face \u00e0 ses actes, \u00e0 creuser un peu afin de voir si vous avez affaire \u00e0 une personne dynamique, entreprenante, un organisateur\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>14- N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier les informations<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous le pouvez, et avec son accord, t\u00e9l\u00e9phonez \u00e0 ses anciens employeurs et v\u00e9rifiez ses fiches de paie. Cela fait partie du process de recrutement.<\/p>\n<h2>15- Pr\u00e9parez son arriv\u00e9e mat\u00e9rielle et l\u2019organisation (proc\u00e9dures)<\/h2>\n<p>Pour aider l\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer, pr\u00e9parez-lui son poste afin qu\u2019il se sente accueilli et \u00e0 l\u2019aise. On est plus efficace quand on se sent bien dans son nouvel environnement.<\/p>\n<h2>16- Faites-lui faire un rapport d\u2019\u00e9tonnement<\/h2>\n<p>Un mois et trois mois apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e, demandez \u00e0 votre nouvel employ\u00e9 de vous faire un rapport d\u2019\u00e9tonnement, dans lequel il donnera librement, et sans risque de retour n\u00e9gatif, son avis sur l\u2019entreprise, son organisation, ses plus et ses moins. C\u2019est une source d\u2019informations \u00e0 plusieurs titres\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Un regard neuf fait souvent mouche et permet de voir des d\u00e9sorganisations, des \u00e9vidences auxquelles on s\u2019est habitu\u00e9 et qui font perdre du temps \u00e0 tout le monde.<\/li>\n<li>C\u2019est aussi un test pour lui pendant sa p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai, qui vous permettra de juger de sa perspicacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Si cette personne est \u00e9volutive, elle vous proposera dans le rapport de prendre en charge telle ou telle action corrective\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>En conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Comme le montrent les conseils ci-dessus, le process de recrutement commence bien avant les premiers entretiens et ne se termine \u2026 jamais ! Car il ne suffit pas de choisir la meilleure graine pour faire pousser un bel arbre.\u00a0 Il faut lui apporter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ce dont elle a besoin. Une fois votre recrutement effectu\u00e9, pensez \u00e0 avoir un management motivant !
