C\u2019est un outil vivant, align\u00e9 avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain et les besoins de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valoxy Academy, organisme de formation certifi\u00e9 Qualiopi dans les Hauts-de-France, explique pourquoi il est important d\u2019actualiser son plan de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences (PDC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u2019est quoi, le plan de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences (PDC) ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilier de <a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/la-formation-outil-strategique\/\">la politique formation<\/a> de l\u2019entreprise, le PDC regroupe l\u2019ensemble des actions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 accompagner les salari\u00e9s dans l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, qu\u2019elles soient techniques, manag\u00e9riales ou comportementales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Financ\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise, avec l\u2019appui possible de l\u2019OPCO <sup>[1]<\/sup>, il permet de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9pondre aux obligations r\u00e9glementaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompagner les \u00e9volutions de poste,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soutenir la performance collective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu\u2019il est pens\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique, le plan de formation cesse d\u2019\u00eatre per\u00e7u comme une billeves\u00e9e administrative et devient un v\u00e9ritable outil de transformation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/em><em> Un Op\u00e9rateur de Comp\u00e9tences (OPCO) est un organisme qui a pour principale mission d&rsquo;accompagner la formation professionnelle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi faire un point \u00e0 mi-ann\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le premier semestre permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 de disposer d\u2019indicateurs pr\u00e9cieux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les formations pr\u00e9vues ont-elles r\u00e9ellement eu lieu ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les priorit\u00e9s m\u00e9tiers ont-elles \u00e9volu\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certains besoins \u00e9mergent-ils plus fortement que pr\u00e9vu ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les managers observent-ils de nouveaux besoins d\u2019accompagnement ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des tensions RH ou organisationnelles n\u00e9cessitent-elles des ajustements ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire un bilan interm\u00e9diaire permet d\u2019\u00e9viter deux \u00e9cueils fr\u00e9quents : poursuivre des actions devenues moins pertinentes, et passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de besoins devenus strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9ajuster son Plan de D\u00e9veloppement des Comp\u00e9tences : une d\u00e9marche strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9ajuster son plan ne signifie pas \u201ctout refaire\u201d. L\u2019objectif est plut\u00f4t de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prioriser les actions \u00e0 fort impact,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9-allouer certains budgets si n\u00e9cessaire,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adapter les modalit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et maintenir une coh\u00e9rence entre strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise et d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9-interroger plusieurs dimensions essentielles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019accompagnement au changement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence technique,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou encore la pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux et de la surcharge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les questions \u00e0 se poser<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelles formations ont r\u00e9ellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 de la valeur ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sujet n\u2019est pas uniquement le taux de r\u00e9alisation. Une formation utile est une formation qui produit des effets visibles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>am\u00e9lioration des pratiques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meilleure autonomie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fluidit\u00e9 dans les \u00e9quipes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>engagement renforc\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>performance op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le retour terrain des managers est ici essentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les priorit\u00e9s de janvier sont-elles toujours celles d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En six mois, une entreprise peut conna\u00eetre une r\u00e9organisation, un changement d\u2019outil, une \u00e9volution commerciale, un contexte \u00e9conomique diff\u00e9rent, ou encore une transformation manag\u00e9riale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PDC doit suivre ces mouvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les managers sont-ils suffisamment accompagn\u00e9s ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est souvent le point de tension du second semestre. Les managers doivent g\u00e9rer la charge, les objectifs, les tensions d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la performance, et l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs\u2026 Un r\u00e9ajustement du PDC peut \u00eatre l\u2019occasion de renforcer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les pratiques de feedback,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la conduite des entretiens,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le pilotage de la performance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou encore la communication manag\u00e9riale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les formats propos\u00e9s sont-ils adapt\u00e9s ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfois, le probl\u00e8me ne vient pas du contenu, mais du format. \u00c0 mi-ann\u00e9e, il peut \u00eatre pertinent de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>raccourcir certains formats,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>privil\u00e9gier des ateliers op\u00e9rationnels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>int\u00e9grer davantage de mises en situation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou alterner pr\u00e9sentiel et distanciel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif reste toujours le m\u00eame : favoriser l\u2019ancrage et la mise en pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un temps de mesure et de suivi a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un PDC efficace ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la formation. Le v\u00e9ritable enjeu est le transfert sur le terrain. Pr\u00e9voir des points de suivi \u00e0 froid, quelques semaines ou mois apr\u00e8s les formations, permet de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mesurer les \u00e9volutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifier les freins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ajuster les pratiques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et consolider les apprentissages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le PDC, outil de pilotage, pas seulement un document RH<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Plan de D\u00e9veloppement des Comp\u00e9tences ne doit pas \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme une obligation administrative. C\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable levier :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019engagement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de transformation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de fid\u00e9lisation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et de performance collective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises qui prennent le temps de r\u00e9ajuster leur PDC en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e gagnent souvent en agilit\u00e9 et en efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle. Parce qu\u2019un plan pertinent n\u2019est plus forc\u00e9ment celui qui avait tout pr\u00e9vu d\u00e8s janvier.
