Les plafonds qui l\u2019encadrent ?&nbsp; Les exon\u00e9rations dont il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie ? Valoxy, cabinet d\u2019expertise comptable dans les Hauts de France, explique dans cet article l\u2019abondement de l\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019abondement ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L\u2019abondement est un compl\u00e9ment financier, facultatif, \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/lepargne-salariale-fonctionnement-et-perspectives-2018-2019\/\">l\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale<\/a>.&nbsp; Il est vers\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise sur les PEE (plans d\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale) et les PER et PERCO (retraite) des salari\u00e9s. Et ce, en compl\u00e9ment de leurs propres versements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019abondement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place dans l\u2019entreprise. Celle-ci fixe une r\u00e8gle de calcul de l\u2019abondement, qui ne peut d\u00e9passer 3 fois le montant des versements du salari\u00e9 et des plafonds r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, lorsque qu\u2019un salari\u00e9 effectue des versements sur son plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale, son employeur peut les compl\u00e9ter par une somme d\u2019argent : c\u2019est l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epargnesalariale-france.fr\/lexique#abondement\">abondement<\/a>. Cette aide financi\u00e8re vise \u00e0 encourager l\u2019\u00e9pargne des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment fixer l\u2019abondement ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019abondement s\u2019effectuera selon diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le support sur lequel l\u2019abondement sera vers\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/participation-et-interessement\/\">participation, int\u00e9ressement<\/a>,&nbsp; versements volontaires, etc.). L\u2019entreprise peut d\u00e9cider de privil\u00e9gier une \u00e9pargne en actions de l\u2019entreprise,&nbsp; une \u00e9pargne de long terme dans un PER ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epargnesalariale-france.fr\/lexique#perco\">PERCO<\/a>&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le taux d\u2019abondement, d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur, ne peut exc\u00e9der 3 fois le montant des versements des salari\u00e9s. L\u2019entreprise peut aussi fixer un montant maximum annuel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les plafonds r\u00e8glementaires en vigueur, qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 8 % du PASS (Plafond Annuel de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale) pour le PEE, et 16 % du PASS pour le PERCO ou le PER.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les types de fonds destinataires (fonds d\u2019actionnariats, fonds diversifi\u00e9s, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dates de versements et supports<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les primes d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement et de participation se versent au plus tard le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;juin. Les salari\u00e9s doivent ensuite choisir, dans les quinze jours, soit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de toucher la prime, impos\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019IR,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dans le cas de la participation, celle-ci supportera les cotisations sociales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dans le cas de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, celui-ci&nbsp; ne supportera pas les cotisations sociales,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d&rsquo;\u00e9pargner la prime dans un PEE ou un PER<strong>, alors exon\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u2019imp\u00f4ts sur le revenu et de cotisations sociales.<\/strong> \u00c0 la sortie de l\u2019\u00e9pargne, les capitaux et int\u00e9r\u00eats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le placement sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u2019imp\u00f4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans r\u00e9ponse, les montants restent bloqu\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pour l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, dans un PEE (plan d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne entreprise, dur\u00e9e minimale de cinq ans),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pour la participation, \u00e0 hauteur de 50% dans un PER (plan d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne retraite) collectif si l&rsquo;entreprise en propose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019employeur pourra abonder ces primes dans la limite de 300&nbsp;% des versements, et ce, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>de 8&nbsp;% du PASS pour le PEE (3 768 \u20ac en&nbsp;2025)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>de 16&nbsp;% du PASS pour le PER collectif (7 536&nbsp;\u20ac en 2025).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Taxation et fiscalit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame que les primes d\u2019int\u00e9ressement et de participation, l\u2019abondement vers\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur supporte les contributions sociales \u00e0 hauteur de 9,70% : CSG (9,2%), et CRDS (0,5%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nouveaut\u00e9s en 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"encadre-style\"> <b>Depuis le 1er janvier 2025,<\/b> <b>les entreprises de 11 \u00e0 49&nbsp;salari\u00e9s <\/b>doivent mettre en place au moins un dispositif de partage de la valeur d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019elles sont profitables. (b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net fiscal d&rsquo;au moins 1% de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires pendant trois exercices cons\u00e9cutifs). Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un dispositif :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li11\"><span class=\"s10\"><\/span>de participation,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li12\"><span class=\"s11\"><a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/comment-mettre-en-place-linteressement-dans-lentreprise\/\"><span class=\"s12\">d\u2019int\u00e9ressement<\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s9\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\"><span class=\"s10\"><\/span>d&rsquo;un plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale (PEE), ou d\u2019un plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne retraite d\u2019entreprise collectif (Pereco) interentreprises. (Voir notre article <a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/le-livret-depargne-entreprise-lee\/\"><span class=\"s13\">Le Livret d\u2019\u00e9pargne entreprise<\/span><\/a>).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li13\"><span class=\"s11\"><\/span><span class=\"s9\">d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/la-prime-de-partage-de-la-valeur\/\"><span class=\"s14\">Prime de Partage de la Valeur (PPV)<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p11\">Les entreprises d\u00e9j\u00e0 couvertes par un dispositif de partage, les entreprises individuelles et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anonymes \u00e0 participation ouvri\u00e8re (SAPO) sous certaines conditions ne sont pas concern\u00e9es. Par contre, cette obligation s\u2019\u00e9tend aux <b>entreprises de <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/leconomie-sociale-et-solidaire\/\"><span class=\"s15\"><b>l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire (ESS)<\/b><\/span><\/a><b> <\/b>(associations, mutuelles, coop\u00e9ratives).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p14\"><span class=\"s9\"><b>\u00c0 <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><b>compter du 1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s16\"><b><sup>er<\/sup><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><b>&nbsp;juillet 2025<\/b>, tous les plans d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale devront, en plus du fonds solidaire,&nbsp;\u201c<i>r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer un fonds labellis\u00e9 au titre du financement de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et \u00e9cologique ou de l\u2019ISR\u201d.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">De plus, de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de sortie anticip\u00e9e du PEE sont ajout\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li9\"><span class=\"s10\"><\/span><span class=\"s3\">la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de sa r\u00e9sidence principale,<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\"><span class=\"s10\"><\/span><span class=\"s3\">l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule propre,<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\"><span class=\"s10\"><\/span><span class=\"s3\">les aidants de personnes d\u00e9pendantes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p11\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article vous a \u00e9t\u00e9 utile ?
