Le chef d\u2019entreprise, et son \u00e9quipe de direction, doivent donc s\u2019attacher \u00e0 conna\u00eetre du mieux possible la qualit\u00e9 des collaborateurs et des managers. Mettre en place une \u201cRevue des talents\u201d (ou \u201cpeople review\u201d) permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer leur valeur, mais aussi leur fragilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Quel sont leur \u201csavoir-faire\u201d, leur autonomie, leur expertise ? Ont-ils des projets ? Ont-ils vocation \u00e0 rester dans l\u2019entreprise ? Vont-ils la \u201cporter\u201d dans le futur ? Quel est leur \u201csavoir \u00eatre\u201d ? De la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions d\u00e9pendent leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9volution, et leur apport (futur) \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Valoxy, cabinet d\u2019expertise comptable dans les Hauts de France, explique l\u2019utilit\u00e9 d\u2019une \u201crevue des talents\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c1d72e;\">\u2014<\/span><strong>\u00c9<\/strong><strong>valuation cl<\/strong><strong>\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les comp\u00e9tences et les carri<\/strong><strong>\u00e8<\/strong><strong>res<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Passer en revue l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise. Faire pr\u00e9senter son \u00e9quipe par chaque \u201cmanager de proximit\u00e9\u201d. Le tout, devant le Comit\u00e9 de direction (Codir). C\u2019est \u00e7a, une \u201cRevue des Talents\u201d !<\/p>\n<p>Toute entreprise peut mettre en place en son sein une revue des talents (ou \u201cpeople review\u201d). Pilot\u00e9e par le Comit\u00e9 de Direction, en relation avec les ressources humaines, la \u201cpeople review\u201d permet une vision synth\u00e9tique des \u00e9quipes. L\u2019objectif est de \u201ccartographier\u201d les comp\u00e9tences, d\u2019analyser l\u2019implication des collaborateurs, d\u2019anticiper les formations \u00e0 mettre en place, et surtout, d\u2019identifier les potentiels talents.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exercice permet aussi de \u201cfaire grandir\u201d le manager, par une mise en situation : parler en public, devant un auditoire certes acquis et bienveillant, mais qui peut \u00eatre critique, et le remettre en question. Car cette pr\u00e9sentation requiert de lui rigueur, clart\u00e9 et synth\u00e8se. (Lire aussi : <a href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/manager-ses-equipes\/\">Mieux manager et conduire ses \u00e9quipes au sommet<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les questions pos\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment se voient-ils dans 3 ans ?<\/li>\n<li>Quelles sont les attentes, les souhaits de leurs collaborateurs ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment faire en sorte que leur \u00e9quipe se projette ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment participent-ils au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise ?<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c1d72e;\">\u2014<\/span><strong>Pr\u00e9paration minutieuse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le manager pr\u00e9pare en amont son intervention avec une \u00e9valuation individuelle de ses collaborateurs, dans laquelle il rappelle leur projet, d\u00e9finit ses propres intentions pour les collaborateurs, et les objectifs qu\u2019il leur assigne.<\/p>\n<p>Il juge aussi de leur adh\u00e9sion aux valeurs de l\u2019entreprise (responsabilit\u00e9, dynamisme, ouverture d\u2019esprit, implication, etc.), et \u00e9value l\u2019autonomie du collaborateur, entre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9butant (autonomie tr\u00e8s faible),<\/li>\n<li>occupant (autonomie faible),<\/li>\n<li>ma\u00eetrisant (autonome),<\/li>\n<li>expert (autonomie forte).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enfin, le manager prend en compte la participation de son \u00e9quipe dans des travaux transverses, dans des partenariats, etc., et les comp\u00e9tences attendues dans le m\u00e9tier, tant en savoir-faire qu\u2019en <strong>savoir-\u00eatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c1d72e;\">\u2014<\/span><strong>Quelques r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Une revue des talents r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (l\u2019ann\u00e9e semble un bon compromis) permet ainsi au chef d\u2019entreprise de se projeter avec plus de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, et d\u2019ins\u00e9rer la r\u00e9flexion dans une gestion du personnel \u00e0 long terme. Il faudra aussi juger de l\u2019objectivit\u00e9 des appr\u00e9ciations, et des performances suppos\u00e9es. Le tout, bien \u00e9videmment, en toute confidentialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes avec le manager de proximit\u00e9 permettront :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u2019\u00e9clairer les d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 prendre,<\/li>\n<li>de pr\u00e9parer la gestion \u00e0 moyen et long terme des comp\u00e9tences,<\/li>\n<li>de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement personnel des managers,<\/li>\n<li>et de maximiser l&rsquo;impact de la \u00ab\u00a0people review\u00a0\u00bb sur la performance globale de l\u2019entreprise.
