Au del\u00e0 d\u2019un certain seuil de CO<sub>2<\/sub><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00e9mis par kilom\u00e8tre parcouru, la taxe (le \u201cmalus\u201d) \u00e9tait ainsi plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Depuis le 1er Janvier 2022, il s&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0alourdi\u00a0\u00bb (!) d&rsquo;un nouveau malus, li\u00e9 au poids du v\u00e9hicule, deuxi\u00e8me composante de la \u00ab\u00a0taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules polluants\u00a0\u00bb (Y3) de la carte grise.<\/p>\n<p>Ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (TVS), elle aussi principalement li\u00e9e au rejet de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, et devant les incitations \u00e0 l\u2019achat de v\u00e9hicules propres (\u00e9lectriques), ce nouveau malus a clairement pour but de pousser les entreprises et les automobilistes \u00e0 abandonner leurs v\u00e9hicules thermiques au profit de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Valoxy, cabinet d\u2019expertise comptable dans les Hauts-de-France, d\u00e9taille ici ces \u201cmalus \u00e9cologiques\u201d, qui visent \u00e0 \u00e9radiquer les v\u00e9hicules thermiques d\u2019ici \u00e0 2035.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rents malus \u00e9cologiques ont pour objectif d\u2019inciter les automobilistes \u00e0 rouler en v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Ils sont bas\u00e9s sur les rejets de CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0par kilom\u00e8tre des v\u00e9hicules, et maintenant sur leur poids.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #c1d72e;\">\u2014 <\/span><strong>La Taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules les plus polluants (Malus CO<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l\u2019une des composantes (Y3) du certificat d\u2019immatriculation (<a class=\"mkd-pt-link\" href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/la-carte-grise\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">la carte grise<\/a>). Retrouvez ici le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/simulateur\/calcul\/cout-certificat-immatriculation#main\">simulateur du co\u00fbt du service public<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi appel\u00e9e \u00ab Malus CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0\u00bb, cette taxe est calcul\u00e9e en fonction :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>du taux d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de dioxyde de carbone par kilom\u00e8tre du v\u00e9hicule si le v\u00e9hicule est en \u201cr\u00e9ception communautaire &#8211; CE\u201d,<\/li>\n<li>de sa puissance fiscale si le v\u00e9hicule est en r\u00e9ception nationale ou \u00e0 un autre titre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le seuil minimal du <strong>malus<\/strong> en 2020 \u00e9tait de 138 g\/km. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 abaiss\u00e9 en 2021 \u00e0 133 g\/km. Et depuis le 1er Janvier de cette ann\u00e9e, il est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 128 g\/km. Tous les v\u00e9hicules dont les rejets de CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0sont sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 cette limite subissent ce malus, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F35947\">fonction d&rsquo;un bar\u00e8me<\/a> presqu\u2019exponentiel, tr\u00e8s dissuasif, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ci dessous. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9mission de 128g\/km de <span class=\"s1\">CO\u00b2<\/span> donne lieu \u00e0 un malus de 50 \u20ac. Il \u00e9tait de 30 000 \u20ac en 2021 pour des rejets sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 219 g\/km. Et il atteindra 50.000 \u20ac en 2023\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Il est dor\u00e9navant (depuis 2022) plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 50\u00a0% du prix d\u2019achat TTC de la voiture.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-61468 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/malus-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/malus-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/malus-1.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #c1d72e;\">\u2014 <\/span><strong>La Taxe sur la masse en ordre de marche (Malus au poids)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Depuis le 1er Janvier 2022, une nouvelle composante de la carte grise, fonction du poids du v\u00e9hicule, entre en jeu. Le l\u00e9gislateur &#8211; et les lobbies \u00e9cologistes qui ont appuy\u00e9 cette l\u00e9gislation &#8211; consid\u00e8rent en effet que les v\u00e9hicules plus lourds sont plus n\u00e9fastes pour l\u2019environnement. Sont particuli\u00e8rement vis\u00e9s les SUV, grands succ\u00e8s commerciaux de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La taxe au poids ne concerne que les v\u00e9hicules de tourisme, et ne s\u2019applique pas aux v\u00e9hicules utilitaires. Elle ne concerne pas non plus v\u00e9hicules accessibles en fauteuil roulant, aux possesseurs d\u2019une carte mobilit\u00e9 inclusion, ou d\u2019une carte d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 militaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions (\u00e9lectriques, hydrog\u00e8nes et hybrides) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e9galement d\u2019exon\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>Les familles nombreuses b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de mesures d\u2019ajustement, \u00e0 hauteur de 200 kg par enfant \u00e0 partir de 3 enfants \u00e0 charge,\u00a0et ce, pour 1 seul v\u00e9hicule de 5 places minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines transformations du v\u00e9hicule, intervenant au moins 6 mois apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re immatriculation, peuvent aussi donner lieu \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de 10% par an de la taxe.<br \/>\nQuant aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui ach\u00e8tent un v\u00e9hicule d\u2019au moins 8 places assises, elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un abaissement de 400 kg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le bar\u00e8me du malus \u201cau poids\u201d est de 10 \u20ac\/kg au dessus de 1,8 tonnes (1 800 kg).<\/strong> Il est plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 40 000 \u20ac en lui additionnant le malus automobile sur le CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi par exemple, si le malus CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0du v\u00e9hicule est de 40 000 \u20ac (le montant maximum du malus automobile en 2022), le malus au poids ne s\u2019applique pas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/simulateur\/calcul\/TaxeAuPoids\">Un simulateur<\/a> permet de calculer le montant de la <strong>\u201ctaxe sur la masse en ordre de marche\u201d (malus au poids).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #c1d72e;\">\u2014 <\/span><strong>La nouvelle Taxe sur l&rsquo;Affectation des v\u00e9hicules de tourisme \u00e0 des fins \u00e9conomiques, (l&rsquo;ex \u00ab\u00a0TVS\u00a0\u00bb), un autre malus automobile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si elle ne porte pas le nom de \u201cmalus automobile\u201d, la premi\u00e8re composante des <a class=\"mkd-pt-link\" href=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/nouvelles-taxes-sur-les-vehicules-de-societe\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">nouvelles taxes sur les v\u00e9hicules de soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a> est aussi bas\u00e9e sur le taux d\u2019\u00e9mission de CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0en g\/km du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les entreprises qui ont leur si\u00e8ge social ou un \u00e9tablissement en France, et qui utilisent (ou poss\u00e8dent) certains v\u00e9hicules de <strong>transport de personnes<\/strong> en France doivent payer ces taxes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"encadre-style\"> Pour rappel, la taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules tr\u00e8s puissants (<strong>\u201ctaxe sur les v\u00e9hicules de luxe\u201d<\/strong>) a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9e fin 2021. Il s\u2019agissait <\/span>d\u2019une taxe de 500 \u20ac par cheval fiscal sur les <b>v\u00e9hicules de 36 CV ou plus<\/b>. Elle \u00e9tait plafonn\u00e9e \u00e0 8.000 \u20ac. Compte tenu de l\u2019alourdissement d\u00e9taill\u00e9 par ailleurs, cette suppression n\u2019apporte, h\u00e9las, qu\u2019une meilleure lisibilit\u00e9 de la fiscalit\u00e9 automobile.<span class=\"s1\"> <\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cet article vous a int\u00e9ress\u00e9 ?
