Il peut engager sa responsabilit\u00e9 en leur absence.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, certaines mentions sont interdites.<\/p>\n<p>Valoxy, cabinet d&rsquo;expertise comptable dans les Hauts de France, fait le point sur ces obligations.<\/p>\n<h2>Mentions obligatoires<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-18889 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/vision-1.jpg\" alt=\"mentions obligatoires bulletin\" width=\"197\" height=\"197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/vision-1.jpg 750w, https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/vision-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/vision-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/vision-1-45x45.jpg 45w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 197px) 100vw, 197px\" \/>Le bulletin de paie doit comporter :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le nom et l&rsquo;adresse de l&#8217;employeur, la d\u00e9signation de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement dont d\u00e9pend le salari\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;organisme auquel l&#8217;employeur verse les cotisations de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, et le num\u00e9ro sous lequel ces cotisations sont vers\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n<li>Le nom et l&#8217;emploi du salari\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>La p\u00e9riode et le nombre d&rsquo;heures de travail auxquels se rapporte le salaire en distinguant, s&rsquo;il y a lieu, les heures pay\u00e9es au taux normal et celles qui comportent une majoration pour heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou pour toute autre cause ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"encadre-style\"> Dissimulation d&#8217;emploi salari\u00e9. <strong>Le travail dissimul\u00e9<\/strong> est le fait, pour tout employeur, de mentionner sur les bulletins de paie un nombre d&rsquo;heures de travail inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui r\u00e9ellement accompli. <\/div>\n<p>Le bulletin de salaire doit \u00e9galement comprendre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le montant de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute du salari\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Le montant de la somme effectivement re\u00e7ue par le salari\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>La date de paiement de cette somme ;<\/li>\n<li>Les dates des cong\u00e9s et le montant de l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 correspondante ;<\/li>\n<li>Les avantages vers\u00e9s par les comit\u00e9s d&rsquo;entreprise ;<\/li>\n<li>Les remboursements de frais professionnels ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le bulletin de paie comporte en caract\u00e8res apparents une mention incitant le salari\u00e9 \u00e0 le conserver sans limitation de dur\u00e9e. La nature et le montant de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentation figurent sur une fiche annex\u00e9e au bulletin de paie qui a le m\u00eame r\u00e9gime juridique que celui-ci et que l&#8217;employeur \u00e9tablit et fournit au salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Aux termes de l&rsquo;article R. 3243-4 du Code du travail, l&rsquo;<strong>exercice du droit de gr\u00e8ve<\/strong> ne doit \u00e9galement faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;aucune mention pr\u00e9cise sur le bulletin de paie. On utilisera donc une expression neutre telle que \u00ab\u00a0absence non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb pour indiquer le montant des retenues effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 ce titre.
