Comment trouver les savoir-\u00eatre les plus importants afin de r\u00e9ussir votre mission de manager ?<\/p>\n<p>Valoxy, cabinet d&rsquo;expertise comptable dans les Hauts de France, s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur un sondage de l\u2019Institut Opinion Way pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>De l\u2019\u00e9coute active au sens de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation\u00a0: les attentes des salari\u00e9s vis-\u00e0-vis de leur manager<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un sondage de l\u2019institut Opinion Way, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur 1\u00a0000 salari\u00e9s et publi\u00e9 en mai dernier (site Monster.fr), a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 les qualit\u00e9s essentielles attendues d\u2019un leader, mais qui, malheureusement, leur faisaient le plus d\u00e9faut selon leurs collaborateurs. En premi\u00e8re position, <strong>le manque d\u2019\u00e9coute et de communication<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plor\u00e9 par 36\u00a0% des salari\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s. 22\u00a0% ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la difficult\u00e9, pour leur responsable, \u00e0 motiver les \u00e9quipes, 19\u00a0% le manque d\u2019aisance dans la prise de d\u00e9cision et 12\u00a0% l\u2019absence du sens de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u2019\u00e9coute active\u00a0: une qualit\u00e9 essentielle pour manager<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9coute active<\/strong> ou \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9coute bienveillante\u00a0\u00bb est <strong>une ouverture \u00e0 l\u2019autre qui d\u00e9passe la simple oreille tendue.<\/strong> Elle permet de comprendre la requ\u00eate de son interlocuteur ; elle aide aussi \u00e0 mieux cerner son \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel et \u00e9ventuellement ses attentes cach\u00e9es. Motiver les autres passe par <strong>la posture, le discours, la vision du manager et ses propres croyances dans l\u2019organisation qu\u2019il dirige.<\/strong> Cela passe aussi par des actions concr\u00e8tes\u00a0; des missions inspirantes pour les collaborateurs, en accord avec leurs envies, de nouveaux challenges, des encouragements et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements li\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Trancher et prendre des d\u00e9cisions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>C\u2019est au<strong> manager<\/strong> de trancher en cas de d\u00e9saccord. C\u2019est \u00e0 lui de parer aux urgences, mais aussi d\u2019entamer de nouvelles actions qui propulseront l\u2019\u00e9quipe vers des projets ambitieux. M\u00eame si la hi\u00e9rarchisation de l\u2019entreprise et le manque de visibilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re peuvent freiner les initiatives du manager, celui-ci devra travailler sa proactivit\u00e9 pour faire avancer son \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer et travailler son ego<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un<strong> bon leader<\/strong> sait <strong>identifier les bonnes personnes pour les bonnes missions.<\/strong> Il sait aussi que le succ\u00e8s d\u2019un objectif ne peut reposer sur ses seules comp\u00e9tences. Il s\u2019entoure de meilleurs que lui pour arriver \u00e0 ses fins. Bref, un bon leader apprend \u00e0 l\u00e2cher du lest pour se concentrer sur les t\u00e2ches qu\u2019il ma\u00eetrise le mieux, sur lesquelles il apporte lui-m\u00eame de la valeur. Il sait d\u00e9l\u00e9guer sans remettre en cause les m\u00e9thodes de travail de ses collaborateurs.
