Id\u00e9alement, il faut le faire par \u00e9crit <strong><span class=\"exergue\">en pr\u00e9parant une petite synth\u00e8se<\/span> <\/strong>avec\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les mots cl\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019objectif de l\u2019intervention<\/li>\n<li>Les priorit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche permet de fixer les priorit\u00e9s etde\u00a0 travailler les points qui ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment clairs au d\u00e9part. Les notes vous s\u00e9curiseront, ce qui am\u00e9liore souvent la communication verbale.<\/p>\n<h3><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Principe n\u00b02\u00a0: toute communication verbale doit suivre une s\u00e9quence logique<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p>Lors de votre pr\u00e9sentation, <strong><span class=\"exergue\">pensez \u00e0 ordonner les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que vos interlocuteurs suivent une logique,<\/span><\/strong> un raisonnement. Ils vous \u00e9coutent, alors \u00e9pargnez leur l\u2019effort de devoir mettre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans le bon ordre ! L\u2019ordre des processus interrogatif s ci-dessous peut vous aider \u00e0 convaincre et persuader votre auditoire\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pourquoi\u00a0: Pourquoi faut-il prendre cette d\u00e9cision\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Quoi\u00a0: Quels sont les r\u00e9sultats attendus\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Comment\u00a0: Comment allons-nous nous y prendre\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Quand\u00a0: Pr\u00e9ciser les d\u00e9lais, les dates<\/li>\n<li>Qui\u00a0: Qui est concern\u00e9 et \u00e0 quel moment\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Combien\u00a0: Combien cela co\u00fbtera-t-il\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Principe n\u00b03\u00a0: comment convaincre\u00a0et persuader ? En commen\u00e7ant par la fin\u00a0!<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque vous vous adressez \u00e0 une autre personne, n\u2019attendez pas la fin de la discussion pour en venir aux faits\u00a0! Pour convaincre et persuader votre interlocuteur, <strong><span class=\"exergue\">c\u2019est d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, apr\u00e8s une petite introduction et une mise en confiance, qu\u2019il faut annoncer ce que vous avez de plus important \u00e0 dire<\/span><\/strong>. Il faut le faire de mani\u00e8re construite\u00a0: id\u00e9e, information, conclusion et enfin d\u00e9cision. Plusieurs raisons prouvent qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer par la fin\u00a0pour convaincre un auditoire:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La dur\u00e9e normale d\u2019attention d\u2019un individu est de 12 \u00e0 20 minutes,<\/li>\n<li>La dur\u00e9e d\u2019attention est inversement proportionnelle \u00e0 la taille de l\u2019entreprise et au niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019interlocuteur,<\/li>\n<li>Annoncer les choses rapidement permet de faire baisser le \u00ab\u00a0stress\u00a0\u00bb d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019attente,<\/li>\n<li>Une fois les d\u00e9cisions annonc\u00e9es, on passe en mode discussion plus op\u00e9rationnelle et on entre donc plus rapidement dans la phase concr\u00e8te.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Principe n\u00b04\u00a0: bien communiquer, c\u2019est r\u00e9p\u00e9ter\u00a0!<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p>Lors de toute communication verbale,<strong><span class=\"exergue\"> il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019appliquer la r\u00e8gle de de la triple r\u00e9p\u00e9tition<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On \u00e9voque l\u2019id\u00e9e une premi\u00e8re fois dans l\u2019introduction pour pr\u00e9parer ou interpeller l\u2019auditoire en suscitant son int\u00e9r\u00eat sur le sujet \u00e0 venir.\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Nous allons voir que\u2026.\u00a0\u00bb (on parle parfois de teasing),<\/li>\n<li>On exprime les id\u00e9es dans le corps de l\u2019intervention avec une explication et une argumentation,<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, on reprend et r\u00e9sume l\u2019id\u00e9e principale dans une conclusion claire et concise\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons vu que\u2026\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Cette d\u00e9marche contribue \u00e0 la bonne compr\u00e9hension et m\u00e9morisation du message que l\u2019on souhaite faire passer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Principe n\u00b05\u00a0: une communication verbale doit \u00eatre concise<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p>Pour chaque intervention, communication interne, n\u00e9gociation ou tout simplement pour bien se faire comprendre il est important d\u2019\u00eatre concis. Si vous souhaitez convaincre et persuader facilement votre auditoire,<span class=\"exergue\"> <strong>faites l\u2019effort de synth\u00e9tiser votre discours en ne pr\u00e9sentant que le n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> <\/span>(environ 20 % de vos informations sur le sujet trait\u00e9). Cela a plusieurs avantages\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Votre interlocuteur n\u2019est pas \u00ab\u00a0noy\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb avec des points de d\u00e9tails,<\/li>\n<li>Votre message est clair,<\/li>\n<li>Cela permet de pr\u00e9ciser les choses pour les questions qui viendraient ensuite,<\/li>\n<li>Votre discours n\u2019en est que renforc\u00e9 tout en \u00e9vitant de donner l\u2019impression de justifier votre d\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cas de communication internet importante, limitez-vous \u00e0 exposer le sujet en \u00e9vitant de profiter que tout le monde soit l\u00e0 pour aborder quelques points pratiques.
