Cette forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration s\u2019ajoute \u00e0 la pension retraite, et ne vient pas la minorer.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #fb4c35;\">Le Plan d\u2019\u00c9pargne Retraite Entreprise (PERE)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le Plan d\u2019\u00c9pargne Retraite Entreprise (PERE) est un plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne qui combine le contrat retraite \u00ab article 83 \u00bb avec un plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne retraite populaire classique. Les montants comptabilis\u00e9s dans le PEE permettent au salari\u00e9 d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir un portefeuille. Celui-ci comprend des titres \u00e9mis par des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019investissement \u00e0 capital variable, des parts de fonds communs de placement d\u2019entreprise ou des titres \u00e9mis par l\u2019entreprise elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"exergue\"><strong>Ici, le PEE constitue un compl\u00e9ment de revenu qui peut \u00eatre d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 avant le d\u00e9part \u00e0 a retraite. <\/strong><\/span>Les montants restent bloqu\u00e9s pendant une dur\u00e9e minimum de 5 ans.
