﻿{"id":10534,"date":"2015-05-13T11:18:58","date_gmt":"2015-05-13T09:18:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/?p=10534"},"modified":"2025-07-30T13:38:29","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T11:38:29","slug":"relation-client","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/relation-client\/","title":{"rendered":"La Relation Client"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Service, d\u00e9vouement, s\u00e9rieux, confiance \u2026 sont des mots qui r\u00e9sonnent quand on parle de la Relation Client.\u00a0Ce sont aussi des notions plus complexes comme la gestion des clients (GRC), les r\u00e9seaux de communication, les processus relationnels\u2026\u00a0En fait, la Relation Client, c\u2019est un concept global qui vise \u00e0 faciliter la vie de notre client.\u00a0Ce n\u2019est plus une vente simple mais une d\u00e9marche \u00ab\u00a0proactive\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9active\u00a0\u00bb afin de l\u2019accompagner dans son acte d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Valoxy, cabinet d\u2019expertise comptable dans les Hauts de France, revient dans cet article sur ce qu\u2019est la relation client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>On oppose souvent les notions de court terme (transaction one shot) au long terme,\u00a0 alors que la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un lien fort et durable, qui consolide la relation assure \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise un d\u00e9veloppement progressif sur des bases plus solides.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s3\">Et on <\/span><span class=\"s2\">enrichit la mission des acteurs de cette d\u00e9marche par des comp\u00e9tences nouvelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 m\u00e9thodologie et techniques de vente \u00e9taient les ma\u00eetres mots,<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><i>\u00a0priment aujourd\u2019hui<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b> la connaissance du client, l\u2019organisation de la relation, les attitudes et comportements afin d\u2019individualise<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><b>r le lien, et le rendre ainsi plus fort, \u00e0 nos yeux comme \u00e0 ceux du client. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Est-ce possible de s\u2019adapter ainsi de fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9cifique\u2026\u00a0?\u00a0 C\u2019est en fait obligatoire car\u00a0 ce sont l\u00e0 les enjeux de la Relation Client.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5916\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5916\" style=\"width: 176px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5916 \" src=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/creation-dentreprise-200x174.jpg\" alt=\"un dirigent et un client se serrent a main\" width=\"176\" height=\"153\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5916\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">comment d\u00e9finir la relation client ?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>La relation client\u00a0: une \u00e9volution essentielle\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-6340 \" src=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/aufschwung-300x285.jpg\" alt=\"dirigeant grimpant une courbe relation client\" width=\"145\" height=\"138\" \/>La comp\u00e9tition toujours plus grande dans un march\u00e9 parfois satur\u00e9, les attentes des consommateurs, l\u2019\u00e9volution des comportements, l\u2019offre toujours plus diversifi\u00e9e, la difficult\u00e9\u00a0 \u00e0 faire le bon choix obligent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une relation diff\u00e9rente.\u00a0Une entreprise qui ne pense que \u00ab\u00a0produit\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0marge\u00a0\u00bb sera dans l\u2019erreur. \u00c9videmment, ces aspects sont et restent des finalit\u00e9s importantes, mais le client doit \u00eatre au c\u0153ur de toutes les pr\u00e9occupations, comme le premier levier, facteur des performances.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 encore, penser \u00ab\u00a0Client\u00a0\u00bb n\u2019est pas suffisant, il est n\u00e9cessaire de penser\u00a0 aussi \u00ab\u00a0Fid\u00e9lisation Client\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0C\u2019est l\u2019essence m\u00eame du concept de la relation client. <strong><span class=\"exergue\">Il co\u00fbte beaucoup plus cher \u00e0 une entreprise de recruter de nouveaux clients que de fid\u00e9liser ceux qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De plus, <strong><span class=\"exergue\">adopter un service global est beaucoup plus donneur de sens pour les collaborateurs (en interne) et bien plus rassurant pour le client.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Peut-on encore se poser la question du bien-fond\u00e9 de ce principe\u00a0? \u2026 L\u2019important n\u2019est pas de savoir s\u2019il faut le faire, mais quand et comment\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2>La relation client, pour quelle finalit\u00e9\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour un fonctionnement optimal \u00a0de la Relation Client, il est n\u00e9cessaire de faire \u00e9voluer les processus internes et externes (fichiers prospects et clients, logiciels adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la taille de l\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 son objectif, communication, relations fournisseurs et prestataires\u2026) car <strong><span class=\"exergue\">on r\u00e9agit, ici, par l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019offre \u00e0 la demande, du client au produit et pas l\u2019inverse.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4341 \" src=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/pacte-dactionnaires-300x295.png\" alt=\"dirigeant et client embo\u00eetant des pi\u00e8ces de puzle\" width=\"142\" height=\"140\" \/>Cela veut dire que l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene est concern\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le Management de la Relation Client.\u00a0De fait, l\u2019entreprise propose \u00e0 son client d\u2019adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un projet, \u00e0 des organisations, \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 des personnes et peut \u00eatre m\u00eame, \u00e0 des valeurs qui leur font \u00e9cho.<\/p>\n<p>Cela va donc bien plus loin qu\u2019un simple produit \u00e0 vendre.\u00a0Nous sommes dans une relation gagnant-gagnant, bien moins \u00ab\u00a0fournisseur-client\u00a0\u00bb que \u00ab\u00a0partenaires\u00a0\u00bb, \u00a0li\u00e9s par des objectifs communs, o\u00f9 la notion de gains mutuels, gage de durabilit\u00e9, fait loi.<\/p>\n<h2>Concr\u00e8tement, comment \u00e7a se passe sur le terrain ?<\/h2>\n<p>Nous venons de le dire, il faut dans un premier temps que cela soit une vision commune \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 ses partenaires.\u00a0Tous sont concern\u00e9s, sans exception, du back office au front office, du dirigeant au commercial en passant par le comptable\u2026\u00a0!\u00a0Selon la taille de l\u2019entreprise, et le nombre de clients dans son portefeuille, l\u2019organisation \u00ab\u00a0logistique\u00a0\u00bb sera plus ou moins complexe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019oubliez surtout pas une chose\u00a0: si vous voulez que cela dure, faites simple, rapide et utile (\u00e7a para\u00eet \u00e9vident, mais \u00e7a va mieux en le disant\u2026).\u00a0<strong><span class=\"exergue\">Il est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e9galement de repenser les indicateurs de performance.\u00a0Ceux-ci doivent mettre en \u00e9vidence la satisfaction des clients, et c\u2019est par eux qu&rsquo;il faut commencer l\u2019analyse de ses r\u00e9sultats.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour la partie management, et donc op\u00e9rationnelle, c\u2019est la communication manag\u00e9riale qu\u2019il faut reconsid\u00e9rer.\u00a0Si elle est initi\u00e9e par la direction, ce sont les collaborateurs (les plus proches des clients) qui y auront la parole. C\u2019est un \u00e9change le plus souvent ascendant.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3840 \" src=\"https:\/\/valoxy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/organisation2-300x209.png\" alt=\"gros engrenage : ensembles des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la relation client\" width=\"233\" height=\"162\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Enfin, si le client est notre pr\u00e9occupation quotidienne, le premier \u00ab\u00a0client\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019un manager est son collaborateur\u00a0! La responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un chef est donc d\u2019abord de consid\u00e9rer ses collaborateurs comme tels et, ensuite, de tout mettre en \u0153uvre afin qu\u2019ils puissent r\u00e9ussir leur mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Si nous opposions, un peu plus haut, \u00a0court et long terme, nous opposons ici les mod\u00e8les de hi\u00e9rarchies <\/span><span class=\"s2\">pyramidale et transversale.<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<b>Le fonctionnement interne s\u2019oriente alors vers un mode projet, o\u00f9 chacun joue un r\u00f4le \u00e0 des niveaux et des moments diff\u00e9rents, ce qui implique multi-comp\u00e9tences et communication structur\u00e9e.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">En conclusion, le prix n\u2019est pas le seul crit\u00e8re. La qualit\u00e9 des relations sera souvent pr\u00e9dominante dans le ciblage des bons partenaires.
